How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to despatch all orders within 1-4 business days. However during the summer months and periods of extreme heat, despatch may be delayed in order to ensure the quality of your wines is not adversely affected.

Please note, orders placed after 5pm (ACDT) on Thursday 19th December 2024 will not be shipped until Tuesday 7th January 2025.

Tracking information will be emailed to you so that you know when to expect your delivery.

Orders being shipped to a residential or business address are shipped via Aramex. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Adelaide0-2 business days from date of despatch

Melbourne1-3 business days from date of despatch

Sydney2-4 business days from date of despatch

Brisbane3-5 business days from date of despatch

Perth & Hobart4-6 business days from date of despatch

Orders being shipped to a PO Box or Parcel Locker are shipped via Australia Post's Wine Delivery Service. Estimated Australia Post delivery times are as follows:

Adelaide1-3 business days from date of despatch

Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Perth & Hobart3-5 business days from date of despatch

Brisbane & Darwin5-7 business days from date of despatch

Regional & non-metro areas may take longer. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak periods such as Christmas.


I'm not going to be home, can I delay my delivery?

Yes. Simply enter a 'Ship After Date' at checkout.


Can I change my order / delivery details?

As long as your order has not yet been despatched, we can make changes. Please contact us on (08) 8564 3036 or emailsales@thornclarke.com.au.

Once your order has been received by Aramex or Australia Post, you will receive an email notification advising your parcel is on its way and providing options to change your delivery instructions if you will not be available at the address you originally advised.


Do you offer express shipping?

Express shipping wines can be very expensive so we don't offer it as a standard option. However, if you need to receive wines quickly in time for an event or special occasion, please contact us on (08) 8564 3036 orthornclarke@thornclarke.com.auto discuss your options.
