You must be 18 years or older to order wine through this website. Photo ID may be required to accept delivery of wine.

All prices advertised are Australian Dollars and include all taxes. We accept Visa and Mastercard payments only, AMEX is not accepted.

Domestic Shipping

Your order will be dispatched within 1-4 business days of being received.

All orders are shipped via Wine Delivery Australia (residential & business addresses) or Australia Post Wine Delivery Service (PO Boxes only). Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

In the event that we can not fulfill your order, we will contact you via telephone or email to arrange an alternative product or refund your payment.

You must be 18 years or older to accept delivery of wine, and may be asked to provide photo ID as proof of age.

Shipping Fees

Wine Delivery Australia - FREE shipping if you have more than one item in your cart, $10 if you are only shipping one item (bundles and discounted wine packs are considered 1 item)

Australia Post (PO Boxes only) - $20 flat rate shipping

Shipping Turnaround

The following is an approximate guide to delivery times. Regional and non-metro areas may take longer. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak periods such as Christmas.

Adelaide & Melbourne - 1-3 business days from date of dispatch

Sydney & Canberra - 3-4 business days from date of dispatch

Brisbane & Hobart - 4-6 business days from date of dispatch

Perth & Darwin - 5-7 business days from date of dispatch

Australia Post

Adelaide - 1-3 business days from date of dispatch

Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Perth & Hobart - 3-5 business days from date of dispatch

Brisbane & Darwin - 5-7 business days from date of dispatch

Making Changes to Delivery Details

As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, we can make changes. Please contact us on (08) 8564 3036 or email [email protected].

Once your order has been received by Wine Delivery Australia, you will receive an email notification from Couriers Please advising your parcel is on its way. You will then be given 5 options to change your delivery instructions if you will not be available at the address you originally advised. The 5 options are:

  • Rescheduling to another date within 3 days of the delivery notification
  • Delivery to a nominated neighbour within 3 houses in either direction of the original delivery address
  • Delivery to a conveniently located POPShop (retail outlet) - click here to find your nearest POPShop
  • Delivery to a different address within the same metro area as the original delivery address
  • Authority to Leave the goods at the original address, without a signature

If you are shipping to a PO Box and your order has already been dispatched, you will need to contact Australia Post directly to make any changes to the delivery address.

International Shipping

Due to the high costs involved with shipping wine overseas, we do not ship online orders outside of Australia. Refunds and Returns

If you have received wine that is damaged, faulty, not as advertised, or unsuitable in any way, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.
