You must be 18 years or older to order wine through this website. Photo ID may be required to accept delivery of wine, in line with Australia Post's delivery guidelines.

All prices advertised are Australian Dollars and include all taxes. We accept Visa and Mastercard payments only, AMEX is not accepted.

Domestic Shipping

Your order will be dispatched within 1-4 business days of being received.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Wine Delivery Service. Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

In the event that we can not fulfill your order, we will contact you via telephone or email to arrange an alternative product or refund your payment.

You must be 18 years or older to accept delivery of wine, and may be asked to provide photo ID as proof of age.

Shipping Turnaround

The following is an approximate guide to delivery times:

Adelaide – 1-3 business days

Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Perth, Hobart – 3-5 business days

Brisbane, Darwin – 5-7 business days

Regional and non-metro areas may take longer. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak periods such as Christmas.

International Shipping

Due to the high costs involved with shipping wine overseas, we do not ship online orders outside of Australia. However, if you would like a quote for international shipping, or would like to find out where you can purchase Thorn-Clarke Wines in other countries, please contact us at [email protected]

Refunds and Returns

If you have received wine that is damaged, faulty, not as advertised, or unsuitable in any way, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.

tag & win promotion - sydney good food & wine show double pass


Entries open from Thursday 10 June 2021 until 5pm Thursday 17 June 2021. Entries can be submitted on both Facebook and Instagram. One winner will be chosen from all entries submitted on Facebook and one winner will be chosen from all entries submitted on Instagram.  

To enter on Instagram, you must follow Thorn-Clarke on Instagram and tag at least one friend in the comments section of the Tag & Win post. Each friend you tag will be considered a separate entry.

To enter on Facebook, you must like the Thorn-Clarke Wines Facebook page and tag at least one friend in the comments section of the Tag & Win post. Each friend you tag will be considered a separate entry.

All valid entries will be put into a draw and the winner will be chosen at random. Winners will be contacted via social media and announced on Facebook & Instagram on Friday 18 June 2021.

Each winner will receive 2x unique promo codes, each code will allow them to register for a complimentary ticket to the Good Food & Wine Show in Sydney. Each ticket entitles the ticket holder to enter the show for any one session from the following:

Friday AM – 9:30AM – 2:00PM

Friday PM – 3:00PM – 8:00PM

Saturday AM – 9:30AM – 2:00PM

Saturday PM – 3:00PM – 7:00PM

Sunday – 10:00PM – 5:00PM

To redeem complimentary tickets, the winner must:

  1. Go to:https://tickets.lup.com.au/good-food-wine-sydney-2021?cat=CAT-REGISTRATION
  2. Enter their unique promo code in the ‘Have a Promo Code?’ box. Please note, the website will only allow you to register for 1 complimentary ticket at a time, so this process must be repeated with the second promo code
  3. Click ‘1’ and click Continue.
  4. Complete their details and choose the day and session they’d like to attend
  5. Tickets will be emailed. All ticket holders must bring their tickets with them to the show to enter the show. Tickets can be shown on a mobile device or you can print it out. 

Please note this year tickets are first in best dressed and if left too late/close to the show we cannot guarantee your chosen session will not be full.
