2021 Eden Valley Pinot Gris
The colour is mid straw. The nose shows lifted fruits with notes of pear and blossom. The palate is medium bodied with Nashi pears and apple puree. There is a lovely richness and viscosity which can be attributed to the time on yeast. The wine finishes clean and crisp with great length of fruit.
2020 Barossa Grenache
Brimming with bright fruit notes of wild strawberries & cherry and backed up by subtle spice of white pepper. On the palate, the fruit continues with further notes of raspberries and plum with a hint of French oak. A juicy medium bodied red that has a delicate and complex finish.
2020 Barossa Shiraz
Lifted aromas of spicy dark cherries with a hint of cedary oak. A medium to full bodied wine; the palate is a maze of spice, pepper and dark fruits, the finish is bright and refreshingly clean.
