When are the orders processed?

You will receive an email at the start of each delivery month to confirm your order. (You have the choice between two or four deliveries per year, in the months of your choosing) Orders will be dispatched during the second week of the month.

If you have nominated to pay per delivery, your payment will be processed on the second Monday of your delivery month.

If you have nominated to pay upfront annually, your first payment will be processed on the second Monday of the month in which you joined Family Club (or following month if that date has already passed) and the 2nd Monday of each January ongoing.

If you have nominated to pay per month, your payments will be processed on the second Monday of every month.

I won’t be home when it is time for a delivery, can I delay the delivery?

Yes, we can delay deliveries if you expect to be away from home during the delivery period. Please contact us to arrange this.

I don’t want to cancel my membership, but can I skip a delivery?

Yes, you are able to skip a delivery if required, but it means you’ll miss out on some fantastic wines!

Can I change the wines in my pack?

Unfortunately we aren’t able to make changes to the set packs, but we do offer a ‘Create Your Own’ option, which allows you to choose the wines included in your pack.

I don’t live in Australia, can I have wine shipped overseas?

We are able to ship wines to some countries, but it can be expensive. If you are interested, please email us at [email protected] to find out more.
