The Thorn-Clarke Sparkling is a combination of two popular varietals; Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. All of the grapes come from our Thorn-Clarke estate vineyards in the Barossa and from our coolest vineyard site at Mt Crawford, located at the southern extremities of the Eden Valley.

These vineyards have a superb aspect and are in the best part of one of Australia’s greatest white wine producing regions, with this combination you have the basis for crafting an excellent Australian sparkling wine.

Left on lees for six months; the 50% pinot noir component with its abundant cherry, strawberry fruit carrying through to the creamy back palate.
