Lamb– The2018 Shotfire Quartagepairs particularly well with any type of lamb dish. Whether it be a lamb roast or chops on the barbie, the sweet, earthy flavours of the blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Merlot really compliment the richness of lamb.

Prawns– BBQ and prawns are a match made in heaven, only made better by a great wine match! Our2018 Single Vineyard Chardonnayhas body and complexity along with great fruit flavour and really brings out the best in this classic dish.

Classic Aussie Sausage Sizzle– Sausages and Australia Day are almost compulsory companions across the nation. The2018 Sandpiper Shirazmatches well with your sausage of choice, whether it’s traditional beef, an Italian pork style and even Chicken and pine nut.
